How do I install my eSIM?
Open the email we send after checkout and scan the QR code from your phone's mobile data settings while on Wi-Fi. Keep the email — some phones need it again after a factory reset.
When does my plan start?
Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it.
Can I top up?
Yes. Buy another plan for the same destination any time; the new allowance is added to your account.
